Conditions: Online Store
* Due to insurance we can only deliver to Europe, however we offer
licenses for people willing to produce our products in other countries.
* Please note that the prices quoted on our web site may change
when ingredients - prices rise.
* When your order is delivered you may return any originally packed
item and receive a full refund if you are unsatisfied.
* You agree that because of the nature of the Internet, the online
shopping service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available'
basis. We are not liable to you if we are unable to supply a particular
item. If you would like us to deliver a substitute line should
selected lines be unavailable, you can request this when placing
your order.
* Although we will always try to cater for all your orders, large
orders of specific lines will be fulfilled at the discretion of
the production. For example, if you were to make a an order of
50 packs of soaps we may only be able to deliver 20 immediately
and deliver another 30 later.
Deliveries, also bigger ones can normally be carried out within
4 weeks.

Prices:
* The prices payable for the goods that you order and the period
for which the price remains set are shown in our web sites.
* If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we can't supply
a particular item, we'll let you know.
Please note that you will be required to pay extra for delivery.

Payment:
* All our payments are made directly to our bank accounts or through
Pay Pal & therefore their rules comply.
You may also fax or telephone (answering machine if we are busy)
us your details & order/ details if you prefer not to use
the Internet.
If you prefer you can prepay by sending a postal order or cheque
or use Pay Pal.
Please not that cheque's can take up to 6 weeks to clear and will
delay your delivery. Deliveries will be carried out once they
have been cleared by our bank. Normally 4-5 working days.
* Authority for payment (e.g. by card) must be given at the time
of order.
* You will not pay anything extra when you pay by credit card
or debit card. The handling charge is included in the cost of
your shopping.

Online Store
* Delivery will be made only to an adult aged 18 years or over,
when you place an order we assume that this is so.
* We will inform you when your delivery is ready.
* Special delivery goods (if requested) must be signed for on
delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If no one is at the
address when the delivery is attempted the goods will be retained
by the delivery service. The service will leave notification of
delivery.
* Orders will only be made to the address that you have given.
* In Uk goods are normally delivered by Royal Mail.
* We will do our best to secure delivery but shall not be liable
for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause
beyond our control.

'Refunds will only be given at the discretion of the Company Management'
and will be in form of a voucher (due to Maltese Law), this will
enable you to buy something else.
We believe you will be delighted with your purchase but there
may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.
We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

* If for any reason you are unhappy with any item delivered, call
& leave a message by phone (see how to contact us)

* You must tell us about any fault or damage as soon as is reasonably
possible but latest within 3 days of delivery.
* Than simply return them in the original packaging within 7 days
of despatch and we will give you a full refund in form of a voucher
or replace the item.
* Once the items are received at our warehouse we will action
a refund (voucher) or replacement and send you a confirmation
e-mail.
* Your statutory rights are not affected.

* After your order has been submitted, you can cancel your order
up until the item has been produced. (We create your soaps fresh
and only for you)
We normally cannot accept cancellations of trade orders as all
goods are especially prepared for those customers. However if
goods have not been produced they might be possible but a cancellation
fee of 30% of the value will occur, as ingredients are normally
ordered fresh as well.

* Although we will offer you the best service we possibly can,
we make no promise that our on-line shopping services will meet
your requirements, or that the service will be uninterrupted,
timely, secure or entirely error free.
* You may also use the private on-line shopping service for commercial
orders.

* We shall not be liable (even where have been negligent) for
loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of profits or loss of
anticipated savings or wasted expenditure.

Prices and Payment:
All prices are in Euros or British Pounds Sterling and include
VAT at the appropriate rate in Malta. (Wholesale prices exclude
Vat and if you haven't given us your VAT Number Vat will be charged
on top)
Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept
payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken
once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked
details and stock availability. We do not charge your credit or
debit card until we have confirmed your order.

but we aim to deliver within 10 working days.

All items offered on our web site are subject to availability.
To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the button
shown on each product page. We will send you an e-mail confirming
receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which
is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that
we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The
contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s
data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence
according to our privacy policy.

Private Orders: You have the right to cancel your order within
seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive
the goods) and return them for a full refund.
This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your
own specification
(This includes all goods for Retailers), perishable goods or goods
that by their nature cannot be returned, e.g.if the item has been
unsealed. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you
the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility
to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation
period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable
care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition
at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection
that you use a recorded delivery service.
For goods returned by Traders under our "Happy Customer"
Scheme 10% will be deducted from the value and a voucher for your
next order will be issued. All orders placed are subject to our
conditions.
