The natural essential oil in rosemary is energizing. Rosemary
can be added to "wake me up" soaps and products for
morning use. Rosemary is wonderful for the hair and is also useful
for encouraging hair growth. Rosemary oil infusions can be used
in hair oils and scalp treatments or in massage oils to relieve
muscular tension, pain and stiffness. Rosemary is also said to
assist with memory and concentration.
